Direction A won an internal member vote at 87%. 500-piece run, finished in 15 business days. Each piece individually packed: rigid box + kraft paper + hemp cord + wax seal. 50 of them are numbered, reserved for founding members and annual volunteers.

Afterward

The mold belongs to the client; reorders can run before each annual meet. One year on, the community chose to commission a new 2026 design — we've received the second brief.
